"The Log People are best fuel supplier we've had in 45 years. After experiencing a major chimney fire in our last 17th Century house, through buying cheaper, alleged dry, possibly unseasoned, soft wood logs, we searched around for a long term supplier: We asked for dry, seasoned, hard wood logs that would fit easily into our average sized stove. The Log People have been superb. They deliver on time with a smile and their logs are perfect and a decent size. We've been using them for a couple of years now. Surprisingly, the large ' builders' ton bag' (measurement only) seems to last a longer time, even though we light fires three evenings out of four. Yes, you can buy cheaper if you shop around, but the minimal amount of annual soot, the easier to clean glass (try dipping a damp kitchen towel into some of the white ash) and zero worry ensures future orders. Worth every penny. Many thanks."

"First time I've used this company and it wont be the last. From ordering and it was just outside their delivery radius but as I was buying 4 sacks they agreed to deliver. I knew I wouldn't be in when they would be delivered and asked for them to be put as far up the driveway as possible. They were put in the right place as requested. When I decanted them yesterday they were top quality and no rubbish in the bottom of the bags , as has happened with other people I've bought logs off. The lady who answered the phone was great and friendly and kept me updated throughout. I will certainly be using this company again."

With some knowledge I know that there are unscrupulous vendors out there saying they sell so called seasoned wood, but is not the case. Courteous delivery, and large brim filled bags of proper seasoned (have a meter now) and I'm very pleased with the product. Will only be using The Log People now going forward. Thanks again."

"Called for dumpy bags at the beginning of January, but they were not available at the time. A surprise call informed me that they had found some spare and would I like to have them. Delivery was arranged within 5 days. The soft and hard wood bags have been burning really efficiently recently. "I very rarely leave reviews (there always seems to be more important things to do!) but the service from The Log People was so great I’ve given in! I cannot recommend The Log People enough. Facing a gloomy locked-down locked-in winter we decided to stop buying one bag of firewood at a time and took the plunge and ordered 20 bags to keep our log burner going. Service was great - they asked for delivery instructions by email in advance rather than panicking when they couldn't find us (like other delivery folks). The delivery driver was really friendly and helpful, bringing the pallet as close to the house as possible. And, oh yes, the logs are great too! 2 fires in and we couldn't be happier :)"
