"Received our delivery today and honestly, the whole experience has been spot‑on from start to finish. Sarah and Sam were brilliant over email - patient, helpful, and always quick to reply! Everything was clear, everything happened when it was supposed to, and the delivery landed exactly on time. Glenn turned up today - a really friendly and pleasant guy, Just as friendly and helpful as Sarah and Sam, and he dropped the logs (big, properly full dumpy bags) exactly where we asked. And here’s the thing: The Log People delivered exactly what we ordered! Sounds obvious, right? You order wood, you get wood. But I’ve had other suppliers send noticeably less than quoted - one even claimed a cubic‑metre volume that physically couldn’t fit in the trailer they arrived with. Not with The Log People. Their bags are filled right to the brim and match the sizes they advertise. They’re a pleasure to deal with, they sell a great product at a fair price, and you get the peace of mind of knowing you’ll actually receive what you paid for. Recommended!"

"The Log People are best fuel supplier we've had in 45 years. After experiencing a major chimney fire in our last 17th Century house, through buying cheaper, alleged dry, possibly unseasoned, soft wood logs, we searched around for a long term supplier: We asked for dry, seasoned, hard wood logs that would fit easily into our average sized stove. The Log People have been superb. They deliver on time with a smile and their logs are perfect and a decent size. We've been using them for a couple of years now. Surprisingly, the large ' builders' ton bag' (measurement only) seems to last a longer time, even though we light fires three evenings out of four. Yes, you can buy cheaper if you shop around, but the minimal amount of annual soot, the easier to clean glass (try dipping a damp kitchen towel into some of the white ash) and zero worry ensures future orders. Worth every penny. Many thanks."

"First time I've used this company and it wont be the last. From ordering and it was just outside their delivery radius but as I was buying 4 sacks they agreed to deliver. I knew I wouldn't be in when they would be delivered and asked for them to be put as far up the driveway as possible. They were put in the right place as requested. When I decanted them yesterday they were top quality and no rubbish in the bottom of the bags , as has happened with other people I've bought logs off. The lady who answered the phone was great and friendly and kept me updated throughout. I will certainly be using this company again."

"Glad I found these guys and gals. I have owned a wood burner now for last 4 years, and used and tried local suppliers being none the wiser. With some knowledge I know that there are unscrupulous vendors out there saying they sell so called seasoned wood, but is not the case. Delivery was arranged within 5 days. The soft and hard wood bags have been burning really efficiently recently. "I very rarely leave reviews (there always seems to be more important things to do!) but the service from The Log People was so great I’ve given in! I cannot recommend The Log People enough. Facing a gloomy locked-down locked-in winter we decided to stop buying one bag of firewood at a time and took the plunge and ordered 20 bags to keep our log burner going. Service was great - they asked for delivery instructions by email in advance rather than panicking when they couldn't find us (like other delivery folks). The delivery driver was really friendly and helpful, bringing the pallet as close to the house as possible. And, oh yes, the logs are great too! 2 fires in and we couldn't be happier :)"
