Our Ready To Burn certified 100% British Kiln Dried Pizza Oven Logs are kiln dried below 20% moisture to provide that super hot, low smoke, long-burning flame to reach temperatures of up to 400°C. Each bag is generously filled with 0.9m3 with mostly British-grown kiln dried Ash hardwood logs. Our wood is cut between 8 and 10 inches in length to fit most brick, clay, mosaic and stone wood fired pizza ovens.
